Today’s intention: Measuring your Metabolism (Temps and Pulses)

Today were’ going to:

1) Learn how to release weight when counting calories isn’t working.
2) Learn how to measure your metabolism to find out of it’s slow (using your fingers 👆🏻and a thermometer)
3) How to know if your exercise is making you hypo-metabolic and preventing you from losing weight!

Now it’s time to take action….

01 – CALCULATE YOUR CALORIE DEFICIT

Determine if you’re over eating, under eating or eating in a balance way, then adjust accordingly.

02 – MEASURE YOUR TEMPS AND PULSES

Check your temperature and pulse to determine if you are hypo-metabolic. If you are, boosting your metabolism will help you in your weight release journey.
